When I came in I wasn't sure about a mobile home. The first person I met was Bill and he quickly put my mind at ease with the quality of your product. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable never put any pressure on us to make a purchase. Bill made us aware of the many Floorplans and options available to us. My wife and I left very impressed with your products and staff. Bill made it all very easy and we will be back!

Mr. Matthew Train has been constantly in contact with me, I appreciate all the information he has provided me. I am looking to purchase a home but it's so hard to look at all the floor plans. Although I am leaning towards a Champion mobile home, I am glad I have options. Please be patient with me, I know things will start rolling.

Went in to browse home and was NOT disappointed! Not only were they friendly faces; but Matthew, Lucy, Bill, and Jennifer were very informative and made sure I had all the information I needed to have and know about purchasing a home from them. The quality of their houses are amazing and if you're looking to get a home I definitely recommend going through them!

Matthew Train was so helpful answering all of my questions and I honestly would have purchased my home from your company. I just didn't have time to wait for a home to be built. I was a little skeptical to look at manufactured homes since honestly I was expecting to see paneled walls and 70’s style built-ins but was pleasantly surprised by the modern architecture inside and out of the homes at Factory Select Homes. Our salesman, Bill Burdette, was extremely knowledgeable about the structure and went over the various floor plan options. Once we decide which one to go with he will definitely be our guy!

I walked into Factory select homes looking to buy a house and the service I received was very great and and very welcoming, Lucy, Matt, Jennifer, Bill, we're very polite and very helpful. Lucy came out and said welcome to factory select homes how may I be of service to you I had told her I was interested in buying a house and Lucy had gave me a tour of the the home on the lot and answered all of my questions. Lucy was very polite very knowledgeable and very professional. If you're looking to purchase any homes Factory select homes is what I highly recommend.

It's a difficult time to be purchasing a manufactured home, with the higher costs and shortages, but they worked hard to get us just what we had in mind, and get our order placed .... hopefully, it will arrive that way!!! We were driving around Kingman Looking for a future home for our property and saw them setting the first lot model so we stopped in, met Bill and the rest is history. Bill is great. He showed us the lot model (Still being set up) and we loved it. He showed us another model (Also liked very much) and we ordered our new home. Aside from obvious Covid delays everything has been great and Bill and his team have exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to get moved in!!!

We had the good fortune to meet Matt Train and the pleasant and helpful staff of professionals at Factory Select Homes in Kingman, in March, 2021. Matt took us on tours of the models on site, showed us the workmanship and finer details of both standard and upgraded features, so we had absolutely no confusion about our options.Matt made us to feel right at home in his office as we reviewed several floor plans. He also made sure to guide us to homes that were on sale. We decided on a 4brm-2ba double wide home, perfect for our needs, with the bonus of being on sale for several thousand dollars less. From there we reviewed options and upgrades and he helped us with each step along the way; from colors and finishes to appliances and windows. We bought the perfect home, with perfect options, at the perfect price.Nothing was overlooked. Matt was also informative on setup needs and cost estimates and helped us to work costs and time schedules into all the details so we could accurately plan our move. He even gave us local references to garage, cement and deck contractors.All told, an excellent experience for us; and a very lucky day. Thank You, Matt. Spoiler Alert: Contrary to everything else he says: Don't believe a word he tells you about the Red Racer Snake 🙂

My wife and were looking for a new home to put on our property, and just happened to stop by and spoke to Bill Burdette, myself being a first time buyer i was very leary . Bill made us feel right at ease and walked through everything... i would defenatly recommend factory select.
